Bay Area Senior Care Placement was founded by Melody Amirehsani, a Licensed Vocational Nurse with more than 26 years in California senior care. Across a career spanning hospital nursing and serving as a licensed assisted living administrator, Melody saw the same thing again and again: families thrust into one of the hardest decisions of their lives — overwhelmed, frightened, and unsure who to trust. She built this company to be the knowledgeable, honest guide she wished every family had.
Her clinical background is what sets her apart from typical placement advisors. She understands not just how a community markets itself, but what truly matters for a senior's health and safety — staffing levels, care capabilities, and the warning signs families don't know to look for. That nurse's eye is at the heart of everything our team does.

For families who aren't quite ready for placement — or who live out of the area — we offer Mom & Dad Check-In, a caring, non-medical way to keep an eye on a loved one's well-being. These visits are 30 minutes and include a visual wellness and safety check, optional video updates with family, and immediate communication if any concerns come up.
This service is currently available in the Tri-City area — Fremont, Newark, and Union City — and surrounding cities, and we're expanding into more communities as we grow.
